Late January, the winds are howling all night and into the morning. What I see from my windows are trees three times the height of the house, winter bare and covered in moss, snapping and bending back and forth against the deep blue, dawn sky. Forever in awe of the durability and steadfastness of these leafy giants, come all weathers, I had to capture them in this Polaroid emulsion lift.
