I currently ship to the UK and can ship overseas on request. All orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days, unless stated otherwise in my shop announcements. Occasionally I may extend my processing times during busy or holiday periods but this will always be indicated on my shop! 

Domestic Orders (UK)

You can select from different shipping options when checking out your basket. You may find different shipping options are available for different products as it depends on the weight and size of your order. All delivery options are provided by Royal Mail only.

Overseas

Should you wish to place an order for delivery outside of the UK, please send an email to hello@jasmineridley.com or contact me via the contact form over on my contact page. I will then calculate the postage requirements and get back to you.

Additional Info

• You will receive shipping confirmation once your order has been sent out (sometimes these go to spam and junk folders) so please check there before letting me know you haven’t received one.
• If you notice a mistake on your order please message me immediately! If I’m made aware before dispatch I can alter this.

Returns

I do accept refunds for certain items if they are received within 30 days of the refund request and within the same condition and packaging as they were sent in (excludes refunds due to faults).
